摘　　要：健步足球是现代足球运动的一种新形态,认识和理解其功能特征、价值意蕴和实践启示,对丰富我国全民健身活动内容、加快健步足球传播推广具有重要价值和意义。方法:运用文献资料法回顾梳理相关文献,分析出健步足球的功能特征、价值意蕴以及在我国推广的实践启示。研究发现:健步足球以“必须走”“低风险”“发展快”为主要功能特征,它具有较低的竞技性与较高的休闲性;是一项非对抗、非接触性运动;在国外足球强国快速传播推广。基于健步足球的研究进展得出:健步足球对于参与者在身体健康、心理健康、社会适应三方面具有显著的促进作用,是进行健步足球研究的价值意蕴。研究建议:对于健步足球在我国的发展:首先,应当明确健步足球运动具有良好的发展前景,大力传播推广;随着健步足球在我国的研究逐步深入,未来应注重实践与理论结合;最后,探索健步足球在我国发展的具体实践路径,巧借“健步走”研究成果,从而更好地推动以健步足球为代表的现代足球与步行运动交叉融合发展的实践启示。As a new form of modern football,it is of great value and significance to enrich the content of national fitness activities and accelerate the dissemination and promotion of walking football to understand its functional characteristics,value implication and practical enlightenment.Methods:By reviewing the relevant literature,the functional characteristics,value implication and practical enlightenment of walking football promotion in China were extracted.The findings are as follows:the main functional characteristics of brisk walking football are"must walk","low risk"and"fast development".It has lower competitive character and higher leisure character.It is a non-confrontational,non-contact sport;It has been rapidly spread and promoted in foreign football powers.Based on the research progress of walking football,it is concluded that walking football can significantly promote the participants'physical health,mental health and social adaptation,which is also the value of the study of walking football.The research suggests:that the development of keep-step football in our country:first of all,it should be clear that keep-step football has a good development prospect,and vigorously spread and promote;with the deepening of the research of keep-step football in our country,we should pay attention to the combination of practice and theory in the future;Finally,the paper explores the concrete practice path of the development of strong walking football in China,and makes use of the research results of"strong walking"to better promote the practical enlightenment of the cross-integration development of modern football and walking sports represented by strong walking football.
