摘　　要：作为人才培养和学术创新的重要阵地,高校在对外传播中拥有话语、平台和信息等优势,这为高校“讲好中国故事”打下了重要基础。新时代背景下,要充分发挥高校独特优势,加快构建具有中国特色高校国际话语体系、建立国际化对外传播人才培养机制与多元化对外传播保障机制,推进高校在“讲好中国故事”上发挥更大的作用。Playing an important role in the talent cultivation and academic innovation,colleges and universities have the advantages of discourse,platform and information in international communication,which provides a significant foundation for"telling China's stories better"in colleges and universities.In the new era,colleges and universities should give full play to their unique advantages,accelerate the construction of an international discourse system of universities with Chinese characteristics,and establish a talent cultivation mechanism and a diversified guarantee mechanism for international communication,so as to promote universities to play a greater role in"telling China's stories better".
