摘 要:电子装备的研发是一项复杂且系统化的工程,而现有研发模式下存在多专业协同不足、产品研发周期长、技术状态变更频繁、研发成本高等问题,已无法满足市场需求。针对上述问题,以产品研发流程再造和优化为基础,开展数字化集成协同研发环境构建,系统性探索产品多专业协同、多领域共享的研发管控模式。通过基于模型定义(Model-based Definition,MBD)技术,规范了装备研制过程,实现了电子装备基于xBOM的数字化定义和数字量的传递,以及设计工艺一体化数据管理,从而提高了研发效率,缩短产品研制周期10%以上,设计重用率超过30%,降低了研发成本,提高了装备的性能和可靠性。The research and development(R&D)of electronic equipment is a complex and systematic engineering project,the current R&D modes exist some problems,such as lack of multi-disciplinary collaboration,long R&D cycles,high R&D cost,frequent changes in technical status,which cannot meet the market demand.To solve above problems,the author systematically explores the R&D control model of product multi-disciplinary collaboration and multi-domain sharing based on the analysis of the problems of the electronic equipment collaborative development platform,and carries out research on the construction of digital integration collaborative development environment.By using Model-based Definition(MBD)technology,the equipment development process is standardized,and the digital definition and digital quantity transmission of equipment based on xBOM are realized,as well as integrated data management of design process.In this way,the R&D efficiency is improved by more than 10%,the design reusability rate is over 30%,the R&D cost is reduced,and the performance and reliability of the equipment are improved.
