摘  要:铁死亡是一种新发现的、依赖铁离子的细胞程序性死亡,铁死亡可由内源或外源途径诱发,细胞表现出特殊的细胞形态学征相并受多种分子机制调控。近年来,越来越多的研究表明通过对铁死亡的诱导或调控可以对癌症治疗发挥重要作用。本文概述铁死亡在膀胱癌中的作用机制和对癌细胞的调控以及铁死亡相关因子、非编码RNA调控、N6-腺苷酸甲基化(m6A)、氨基酸代谢和自噬依赖性铁死亡在膀胱癌中的作用,以期为膀胱癌的治疗提供新的策略和思路。Ferroptosis is a new programmed cell death dependent on iron ions.Ferroptosis can be induced by endogenous or exogenous pathways,and cells exhibit specific cell morphological signs and are regulated by a variety of molecular mechanisms.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in the treatment of cancer.This article summarizes the mechanism of ferroptosis in bladder cancer and the regulation of cancer cells,as well as the role of ferroptosis-related factors,non-coding RNA regulation,N6-methyladenosine(m6A),amino acid metabolism and autophagy dependent ferroptosis in the growth and proliferation of bladder cancer,with a view to provide new strategies for the treatment of bladder cancer.
