摘 要:在万物数字互联互竞的全新网络景观和社会风险治理的新型阵地中,“数字利维坦”对教育数字化转型的介入及其诱发的教育价值认同失落、数据信息失真、技术监管失效等多重风险的频发,直接加剧了教育数字化转型中“数字利维坦”风险的严重性。从风险社会理论的视角来审视,其生成动因不仅在于弱化教育数字化转型责任主体的模糊性机理、忽视教育数字化转型外在生态的不确定性机理以及过度掩饰教育数字化转型技术应用的复杂性机理,而且在于尚未明晰教育数字化转型制度式微的内生性机理。因此,以主体责任明晰构筑多元协同的行动框架,以外部生态优化筑牢“第五疆域”的安全屏障,以技术架构完善强化教育转型的内在支撑,以风控体系健全提升风险治理的制度自信,是应对教育数字化转型中的“数字利维坦”风险的有效策略。In the brand-new network landscape of digital interconnection and inter-competition of everything and the new position of social risk governance,the intervention of“Digital Leviathan”in the digital transformation of education and its induced multiple risks such as loss of education value identity,distortion of data and information,and technological regulatory failure have directly aggravated the severity of“Digital Leviathan”risks in the digital transformation of education.From the perspective of the Risk Society Theory,the motivations lie not only in the ambiguous mechanism of weakening the subject of responsibility for the digital transformation of education,ignoring the uncertainty mechanism of the external ecology of the digital transformation of education,and overly disguising the complex mechanism of the application of technology for the digital transformation of education,but also in the unclear endogenous mechanism of the weakness of the regime of digital transformation of education.Therefore,to construct the action framework with multifaceted synergy by clarifying the responsibility of the subjects,to build the security barrier of the“fifth frontier”by optimizing the external ecology,to strengthen the internal support of education transformation by perfecting the technological architecture,and to enhance the institutional confidence of risk management by improving the risk management system are the effective ways to cope with the“Digital Leviathan”of the digital transformation of education.
