摘 要:以SiO_(2)为壁材,正十八烷为芯材,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备相变微胶囊,探讨乳化剂用量、乳化转速、乳化时间、芯壁比及氨水用量对微胶囊储热性能的影响,对最佳工艺条件下制得的微胶囊进行性能表征,并将其应用到织物上以制备调温织物。结果表明:在乳化剂用量2.5g、乳化转速8000r/min、乳化时间15min、芯壁比1/1和氨水用量1mL的工艺条件下制得的微胶囊,其表面光滑,呈圆球形,具有较好的耐热性和调温性能,熔融温度31.9℃,熔融焓154.7J/g,结晶温度22.5℃,结晶焓154.4J/g,调温织物也表现出良好的调温性能。Phase change microcapsules were prepared using SiO_(2)as the shell material and n-octadecane as the core material via sol-gel method.The effects of emulsifier dosage,emulsification speed,emulsification time,core-to-shell ratio,and ammonia solution dosage on the thermal storage performance of microcapsules were investigated.The properties of microcapsules prepared under the optimal process were characterized and applied to fabrics to prepare temperature-regulating fabrics.The results showed that under the process conditions of emulsifier dosage of 2.5g,emulsification speed of 8000r/min,emulsification time of 15min,core-to-shell ratio of 1/1 and ammonia solution dosage of 1mL,the obtained microcapsules had smooth surface and spherical shape,good heat resistance and temperature-regulating performance.The melting temperature was 31.9℃,the melting enthalpy was 154.7J/g,the crystallization temperature was 22.5℃,and the crystallization enthalpy was 154.4J/g.Furthermore,the temperature-regulating fabric exhibited good temperature-regulating functionality.
