气交变视域下的肺功能变化探析

摘　　要：“气交变”理论源于运气七篇,是从天人整体观中探讨人体生理病理的论述。肺与天气相通应,为人体中与外界联系最紧密的脏腑,故从气交变探讨肺功能生理病理变化具有重要意义。从平气、变异之纪不同岁运,结合胜气、复气和郁发之气的作用进行论述,或凉燥早布,或火气燔烁,或凉热气交,或金德延至,均可导致肺相应病变。从气交变视角出发,论述五运格局中肺的生理病理变化,以期充实天人关系中的肺功能变化内涵。The theory of“qi alternation”originated from the seven articles of luck,which is a discussion of human physiology and pathology from the holistic view of heaven and man.The lungs communicate with the weather and are the organs most closely connected with the outside world in the human body,so it is of great significance to discuss the physiological and pathological changes of lung function from the“qi alternation”.This article discusses the different years of luck from the era of peace and mutation,combined with the role of victory qi,rejuvenation qi and depressed qi,or cool and dry early cloth,or fire qi,or cold and hot qi,or Jinde extension,can lead to corresponding lesions of lung function.From the perspective of“qi alternation”,the physiological and pathological changes of the lungs in the pattern of the five fortunes will be discussed,in order to enrich the connotation of lung function changes in the relationship between heaven and man.
