摘　　要：领导干部作为“关键少数”,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家和全面推进中华民族伟大复兴进程中发挥着举足轻重的核心引领作用,是新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的关键要素。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视领导干部的作风建设,在新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中形成了涵盖思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和生活作风等一系列关于领导干部作风建设的新观点、新论述,这些重要论述具有重要的理论价值和时代意蕴。As a“key minority”,leading cadres play a pivotal and core leading role in comprehensively build-ing a modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and are key elements of the new great project of Party building in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of the style of leading cadres.In the great practice of socialism with Chinese character-istics in the new era,he has formed a series of new viewpoints and new discussions on the style construction of leading cadres,including the style of thought,the style of study,the style of work,the style of leader-ship and the style of life.These important discussions have important theoretical value and significance of the Times.
