摘 要:掩护梁结构是液压支架的主要承力结构件,对其开展优化设计能显著提升液压支架的设计水平。以ZY5000/8.5/16型液压支架的掩护梁为例进行分析,在概述液压支架及掩护梁结构的基础上,利用ANSYS软件建立仿真模型,分析发现掩护梁的安全系数很高,有很大的轻量化设计空间。选择掩护梁的10个关键结构尺寸作为优化对象,以最大变形和等效应力为约束条件,以总质量为优化目标,通过优化使得掩护梁整体质量减轻了17.6%。将新的掩护梁部署到煤矿工程实践中,经过一段时间的应用发现整体运行稳定,验证了轻量化优化设计的有效性。The shield beam structure is the main load-bearing structural component of hydraulic supports,and optimizing its design can significantly improve the design level of hydraulic supports.Taking the shield beam of ZY5000/8.5/16 hydraulic support as an example for analysis,based on an overview of the structure of the hydraulic support and shield beam,a simulation model was established using ANSYS software.The analysis found that the safety factor of the shield beam is very high,and there is a lot of room for lightweight design.Selecting 10 key structural dimensions of the shield beam as optimization objects,with maximum deformation and equivalent stress as constraints,and total mass as the optimization objective,the overall mass of the shield beam was reduced by 17.6%through optimization.Deploying the new shield beam in coal mine engineering practice,after a period of application,it was found that the overall operation was stable,verifying the effectiveness of lightweight optimization design.
