摘　　要：切开重睑术即手术切开皮肤,通过建立上睑重睑处皮肤与提上睑肌腱膜纤维或睑板之间的粘连固定,使得睁眼时,提上睑肌收缩将睑板与粘连线以下的皮肤提起,而粘连线以上的皮肤则松弛下垂并折叠形成皱襞,形成重睑。切开法重睑成形术因其适应证较广、效果更确切,在重睑成形术的临床应用中最为广泛。但同时也存在着创伤较大、恢复时间长、术后瘢痕形成等问题。为了减少术后并发症,提高术后效果,国内外已有许多研究开展进行切开重睑术的改良,研究改良的主要方面就在于睑板前组织去除的多少和缝合固定方法上。本文对临床切开重睑术运用不同缝合固定方法的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床重睑手术方式的选择及优化提供参考。Incisional blepharoplasty is a surgical incision of the skin,which establishes an adhesion between the skin of the upper eyelid and the levator tendon fibers or the levator plate,so that when the eyes are opened,the levator muscle contracts to lift the skin below the adhesion line with the levator plate and above the adhesion line,the skin is loose and drooping,and the fold is formed,thus forming the blepharoplasty.Incisional blepharoplasty is the most widely used in clinical practice because of its wider indications and more precise results.However,it also has problems such as greater trauma,longer recovery time,and postoperative scar formation.In order to reduce postoperative complications and improve postoperative results,different studies have been conducted at home and abroad to improve incisional blepharoplasty,and the main aspects of the research improvement lie in the amount of pre�blepharoplastic tissue removed and the method of suture fixation.This article reviews the progress of research on different suture fixation methods used in clinical incision blepharoplasty,with a view to providing a reference for the selection and optimization of clinical blepharoplasty.
