新时代背景下成渝开放大学联盟发展的现实挑战与路径选择

摘　　要：2024年中央围绕大保护、大开放、高质量发展三个关键内容的决策部署,促进了西部大开发新格局的形成,更好地支撑了中国式现代化建设。成渝开放大学联盟作为西部地区的开放大学合作共同体,在西部教育公平的实现、西部终身教育体系和学习型社会的构建、助推成渝双层经济圈建设中发挥了独特而重要的作用。针对当前成渝开放大学联盟在顶层设计、生态构建、产教融合、国际交流、乡村振兴、民族教育等方面存在的困境和难题,结合新时代推动西部大开发的机遇与挑战,成渝开放大学联盟未来应深入贯彻执行新时代推动西部大开发的战略部署,加强顶层设计和统筹协调,营造联盟系统新生态,构建多元化的产教融合路径,提升国际交流合作实效,促进新时代乡村振兴,做出发展开放教育的民族贡献。In 2024,the central government will realign the strategy for developing the western region,focusing on three key areas:environmental protection,opening-up,and high-quality development.This strategy aims to establish a new development pattern in the western region and better support the construction of a modernized China.The"Chengdu and Chongqing"Open University Alliance,as a cooperative community of open universities in the western region,plays a significant role in promoting educational equity,building a lifelong education system,fostering a learning society,and advancing the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual economic circle.In light of the current challenges faced by the Alliance-such as limitations in top-level design,ecosystem development,industry-education integration,international exchange,rural revitalization,and ethnic education-and considering the opportunities and challenges posed by the new era of China western development,the Alliance should implement the strategic directives of advancing China western development.This includes strengthening top-level design and coordination,creating a new ecosystem for the alliance,developing diverse pathways for industry-education integration,enhancing international exchanges and cooperation,promoting rural revitalization,and contributing nationally to the field of open education.
