摘　　要：卵巢癌(Ovarian Cancer,OC)是一种发生在女性盆腔内的恶性肿瘤疾病,临床治疗效果欠佳,且预后较差,死亡率极高.外泌体(Exos omes)作为细胞间信息和遗传物质传递的载体,广泛存在于多种体液中.最新研究表明,外泌体与卵巢癌的发生、发展密切相关,其广泛参与卵巢癌肿瘤微环境的形成、调控癌细胞转移和肿瘤血管生成等过程,并可作为卵巢癌的潜在生物标志物、治疗靶点和药物载体应用于临床.本文就外泌体生物学功能及其在卵巢癌转移和诊疗中的作用进行综述,以期为更深入研究卵巢癌的发病机制和改善其临床治疗效果提供新的理论依据.Ovarian Cancer(OC)is a malignant tumor that occurs in the pelvic cavity of women.Its clinical treatment effect is not ideal,its prognosis is not ideal,and its resulting mortality rate is extremely high.Exosomes,as carriers of intercellular information and genetic material transmission,are widely present in various bodily fluids of the body.According to the latest research,since extracellular vesicles are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,widely involved in the formation of the tumor microenvironment,regulation of ovarian cancer cell metastasis and tumor angiogenesis,they can be used as potential biomarkers,therapeutic targets,and drug carriers for ovarian cancer in clinical practice.This article reviews the biological functions of extracellular vesicles and their role in the metastasis,diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer,in order to provide new theoretical basis for further research on the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and improve its clinical treatment.
