摘 要:推进医疗卫生行业延迟退休制度是我国应对人口老龄化、缓解医疗卫生行业人才数量不足压力的重要政策,该制度的顺利推进能够充实医疗卫生行业劳动力市场,提高医疗卫生行业人才总量,优化医疗卫生行业人才质量,保证医疗卫生行业高端人才储备量。基于此,阐述医疗卫生行业推进延迟退休制度的必要性和紧迫性,分析目前医疗卫生行业延迟退休制度实施中存在的问题,并提出应尽快在医疗卫生行业建立全覆盖的延迟退休制度、保证延迟退休制度的渐进式和弹性实施、制定更科学可行的医疗行业人才发掘和考评体系等有针对性的建议。Advancing the delayed retirement age system in the healthcare industry is a critical policy for our nation to address population aging and mitigate the shortage of healthcare talent.A successful implementation of the system can enrich the labor market of the healthcare industry,increase the total amount of healthcare professionals,improve the overall quality of the talent,and ensure a deep reservoir of high-level healthcare practitioners.This paper discusses the necessity and urgency of delaying the retirement age in the healthcare industry,summarizes the problems faced by the implementation of the system in the status quo,and proposes a full-range delayed retirement age system to be promptly implemented in the healthcare industry.The proposed implementation ensures the progressivity and flexibility of the system and brings forward targeted advice for a more scientific and feasible approach in talent acquisition,performance evaluation in the healthcare industry.
