摘  要:为实现新能源汽车减速器轴承异响的快速检测,提出使用手机麦克风检测汽车异响的快速分析方法。结合阶比分析与包络分析对非稳态工况下的新能源汽车减速器轴承进行故障诊断。通过手机麦克风采集异响噪声;从噪声信号的时频谱中提取转速信息,并将转速信息用于阶比分析,从而将非稳态的时域信号转换为稳态的角域信号;使用快速谱峭度技术确定轴承异响的频带,通过对该频带的滤波与包络分析提取轴承故障特征。对含有轴承故障的新能源汽车进行异响采集及数据分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。In order to realize the rapid detection of new energy vehicle reducer bearing rattles,a rapid analysis method was proposed to detect vehicle rattles using a cell phone microphone.Combined with order ratio analysis and envelope analysis,the fault diagnosis of new energy vehicle reducer bearings under non-stationary working conditions was carried out.The noise was collected from the vehicle containing the rattling noise by the cell phone microphone;the rotational speed information was extracted from the time-frequency spectrum of the noise signal and used in the order-ratio analysis,so as to convert the non-stationary time-domain signal into the stationary angular-domain signal;the frequency band of the bearing rattling noise was determined by using the fast spectral crag technique,and the bearing fault characteristics were extracted through the filtering and the envelope analysis of this frequency band.The new energy vehicles with bearing faults were collected and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
