摘 要:目的建立基于碳量子点(carbon quantum dots,CQDs)和铕基金属有机框架(Eu-based mental-organic framework,Eu-MOF)比率荧光传感器快速检测牛奶中四环素类抗生素(tetracycline antibiotics,TCs)残留的方法。方法通过TCs对CQDs的内滤效应和对Eu-MOF的天线效应,使CQDs的荧光淬灭而Eu-MOF荧光增强,形成探针对TCs的比率荧光信号,使用探针两发射峰强度比率关系进行TCs残留定量检测。结果所构建探针对四环素、金霉素、土霉素、强力霉素分别在2~160、2~100、2~80、2~220μmol/L的线性范围内响应灵敏,检出限分别为0.007、0.030、0.020、0.040μmol/L。在牛奶样品中TCs残留的加标回收实验的回收率为90.60%~107.60%。结论该策略具有高效、方便、低成本等优点,不仅扩展了金属有机框架在食品分析中的应用,而且为食品中TCs的检测提供了新的思路。Objective To develop a rapid detection method for tetracycline antibiotics(TCs)residues in milk using a ratio fluorescence sensor based on carbon quantum dots(CQDs)and europium-based metal-organic framework(Eu-MOF),this study was conducted.Methods The detection method utilized the inner filter effect of TCs on CQDs and the antenna effect on Eu-MOF.These effects caused fluorescence quenching of CQDs and fluorescence enhancement of Eu-MOF,forming a probe that produced a ratio fluorescence signal specific to TCs.The ratio of the intensities of the two emission peaks from the probe was used to quantify TCs residues.Results The probe showed high sensitivity for tetracycline,chlortetracycline,oxytetracycline,and doxycycline within linear ranges of 2–160,2–100,2–80,and 2–220μmol/L,respectively.The detection limits were 0.007,0.030,0.020,and 0.040μmol/L,respectively.In milk samples,the recovery rates for TCs residues ranged from 90.60%–107.60%.Conclusion This strategy is efficient,convenient,and cost-effective.It expands the application of metal-organic frameworks in food analysis and provides a new approach for detecting TCs in food.
