摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸氟桂利嗪辅助尼莫地平在血管性痴呆治疗中的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2023年1月期间本院收治的72例血管性痴呆患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采用基础及尼莫地平治疗;观察组在对照组基础上采用盐酸氟桂利嗪辅助尼莫地平治疗。治疗2 m后比较两组治疗效果;分别于治疗前后,采用临床痴呆评定量表评估患者痴呆程度,采用改良Barthel指数评估患者日常生活能力。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组的临床痴呆评定量表评分均明显降低,其中观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组改良Barthel指数评分均明显提高,其中观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氟桂利嗪辅助尼莫地平在血管性痴呆治疗中效果好,可降低痴呆程度,提高日常生活能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of flunarizine hydrochloride assisted nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:72 patients with vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine.Observation group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride combined with nimodipine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared after 2 months of treatment.Before and after treatment,dementia degree was assessed by clinical dementia rating scale and daily living ability was assessed by modified Barthel index.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the clinical dementia assessment scale scores were significantly reduced in both groups,with the observation group being more significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the modified Barthel index scores in both groups were significantly improved,with the observation group being more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine hydrochloride assisted nimodipine is effective in the treatment of vascular dementia,which can reduce the degree of dementia and improve the ability of daily living.
