摘 要:为筛选出适合内蒙古地区栽培的酿酒葡萄品种,该试验以10个品种酿酒葡萄作为材料,人工模拟呼和浩特市冬季极限低温-30℃,对其相对电导率、丙二醛、渗透调节物质、抗氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标进行测定,并采用隶属函数法对各品种的抗寒性进行综合评价,旨在为我区酿酒葡萄生产提供理论支撑。结果显示,10个酿酒葡萄的抗寒能力强弱排序为‘北红’‘双红’‘北冰红’‘北玫’‘双丰’‘北玺’‘北馨’‘黑珍珠’‘赤霞珠’‘赤龙珠’。初步认为‘北玫’‘北红’‘双红’‘双丰’4个品种适合在内蒙古高寒地区栽植。酿酒葡萄枝条的可溶性糖含量与相对电导率含量呈现显著正相关水平,二者均可作为有效评价葡萄抗寒性的方法。To select wine grape varieties suitable for cultivation in Inner Mongolia,Using 10 wine grape varieties as material,artificial simulation of extreme low temperature in winter in Hohhot city-30℃.Measure the relative conductivity,MDA,osmoregulation substances,antioxidant enzyme activity,and other physiological and biochemical parameters of 10 types of wine grape varieties,and comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of each variety using the membership function method.Intended to provide theoretical support for the production of wine grape varieties in our region.The results showed that the cold resistance of 10 wine grape varieties was ranked in descending order:‘Beihong’‘Shuanghong’‘Beibinghong’‘Beimei’‘Shuangfeng’‘Beixi’‘Beixin’‘Black Pearl’‘Cabernet Sauvignon’and‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.The 4 wine grape varieties of‘Beimei’‘Beihong’‘Shuanghong’and‘Shuangfeng’are suitable for planting in the alpine region of Inner Mongolia.The soluble sugar content and relative conductivity content of wine grape branches show a significant positive correlation,and both can be used as effective methods for evaluating grape cold resistance.
