摘 要:高校的高标准教学为质量文化建设提供了良好的基础,质量文化建设促进教学工作不断发展。高标准教学在高等教育规模快速发展的背景下面临着现实困境,也在一定程度上制约了质量文化发展。在分析荣誉教育的发展历程与主要特征的基础上,研究了通过荣誉教育推进高标准教学、促进质量文化建设的可行性。荣誉教育视角下的教学质量文化具有鲜明的实践特征,表明教学质量文化是以卓越教育为目标的理念文化,是以教学效果为核心的标准文化,是以优质资源为基础的环境文化。荣誉教育是“质量至上”理念的体现,所蕴含的荣誉文化应是一种“全员文化”,师生对荣誉文化的认可和传承是促进教学质量全面提升的重要力量,可从理念创新、质量规范、资源整合、文化生态等几个方面加强质量文化建设。High-standard teaching in colleges and universities lays a good foundation for the development of quality culture,which in turn drives thec ontinuous advancement of teaching practices.In the context of the rapid expansion of higher education,high-standard teaching is faced with practicalchallenges,which hinders the growth of quality culture to some extent.Based on the analysis of the evolution process and main characteristics of honore ducation,this study explores the feasibility of carrying forward high-standard teaching and promoting the construction of quality culture via honor edu-cation.The teaching quality culture from the perspective of honor education possesses distinct practical characteristics,suggesting that the teachingq uality culture is a concept culture aimed at excellent education,a standard culture centered on teaching effectiveness,and an environmental culturebased on high-quality resources.Honor education embodies the“quality-first”philosophy,and it is essentially a“culture for all”.The recognitiona nd inheritance of honor culture by teachers and students is an important force to promote the overall improvement of teaching quality.The constructionof quality culture can be strengthened through such aspects as innovative educational philosophy,the establishment of quality standards,the integrationo f resources,the development of a cultural ecosystem and so on.
