摘　　要：2013年,习近平总书记提出了“中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展”的重要命题。这一命题,涵摄了“两创”的态度、内容及价值目标,是新时代习近平总书记对传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的根本要求。山东践行“两创”要求,积累了不少经验,如抓牢“山东文脉”筑牢“两创”实践的文化基础,抓牢“文化创造”、勇担“两创”实践的历史使命,抓牢“以文化人”、带动“两创”实践融入日常生活等。这些经验表明,应充分认识和把握“两创”命题的时代价值、政治价值、成人价值、经济价值、文化价值等内容,以有效举措加紧推进中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。In 2013,CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the important proposition of"creative transformation and innovative development"of fine traditional Chinese culture.This proposition encompasses the attitudes,content,and value goals of the"Two Creations",represents fundamental requirements for inheriting and promoting fine traditional Chinese culture in the new era.Over the past decade,Shandong has practiced the"Two Creations"requirements,gained beneficial experiences such as grasping the"Shandong cultural context"to build a cultural foundation,emphasizing"cultural creation"to courageously undertake the historical mission,and focusing on"cultural education"to integrate the"Two Creations"practice into daily life,etc.These experiences demonstrate that we should fully understand and grasp the contemporary value,political value,adult value,economic value and cultural value of the"Two Creations"proposition,and take various effective measures to accelerate the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
