摘　　要：本文以中国东部某高校从事国际中文教育的教师群体为研究对象,基于社会文化视角下的“身份”理论,采用叙事分析的方法,研究这一群体2020年至2022年由“线下”转为“线上”教学过程中发生的自我认知与教学行为的变化,分析引起这些变化的情境与个人因素,探究教学创新时代的教师专业化发展途径与策略。This paper focuses on a cohort of teachers engaged in international Chinese language education at a university in eastern China.Base on the“identity”theory from a socio-cultural perspective,narrative analysis is employed to investigate the changes in self-awareness and teaching behavior of these teachers during the transition from“offline”to“online”teaching from 2020 to 2022.The situational and personal factors that cause these changes are analyzed,which leads to an exploration of the ways and strategies to promote the professional development of teachers in the era of teaching innovation.
