新内源式嵌入视角下企业数字化转型的困境与治理对策——以山东省X县为例

摘　　要：县域经济是区域经济的重要组成部分,深入开展县域企业数字化转型有助于新质生产力可持续发展。案例聚焦X县企业数字化转型升级,依托新内源发展理论和嵌入理论,创新提出“新内源式嵌入”理念,重点再现X县在数字化转型方面的政企互动过程,揭示在转型过程中人才匮乏、技术薄弱等难题,并探索激活企业转型内生动力的隐秘机制,提出企业新内源式发展的破局之道,以期为其他县域企业可持续发展提供一定的现实借鉴。The county economy is a crucial component of the regional economy.Deepening the digital transformation of county enterprises is essential for the sustainable development of new quality productive forces.This case focuses on the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises in X County.Relying on the theory of new endogenous development and embedded theory,this study innovatively proposes the concept of“new endogenous embedding”.It emphasizes the interactive process between government and enterprises in digital transformation,revealing challenges such as talent shortages,and weak technology.The study explores the hidden mechanisms that activate the endogenous drivers of enterprise transformation and proposes strategies for breaking through the new endogenous development of enterprises.The aim is to provide practical insights for the sustainable development of other county enterprises.
