摘 要:传统的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统,利用电机的反电势来提取转子位置信息,但其定子电流中含有大量的谐波而产生畸变,对控制系统产生不利的影响。本文在永磁同步电机滑模观测器的基础上,通过一种谐波抑制算法,向PWM三相调制参考电压波形中添加相应的谐波成分,以抵消电机电流中的谐波。通过仿真验证,证明了这种方法的有效性,显著减小定子电流的畸变,降低转矩脉动,并提供更高的系统灵活性,提高了永磁同步电机的无传感器控制系统性能。The traditional position sensorless control system for permanent magnet synchronous motors utilize the motor's back electromotive force to extract rotor position information.However,permanent magnet synchronous motors’stator current contains a large number of harmonics that cause distortion,which adversely affects the control system.This paper proposes a harmonic suppression algorithm based on the sliding mode observer of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,which adds corresponding harmonic components to the PWM three-phase modulation reference voltage waveform to counteract the harmonics in the motor current.Through simulation verification,the effectiveness of this method has been demonstrated,significantly reducing distortion in the stator current,lowering torque pulsation,and providing higher system flexibility,thereby improving the performance of position sensorless control systems for permanent magnet synchronous motors.
