摘　　要：培养中国国际仲裁人才对维护我国企业和公民海外合法权益,保障和服务高水平对外开放,完善国际纠纷解决机制,促进中国法治建设和参与全球治理具有十分重要的意义。中国具有庞大且极富潜力的纠纷解决市场。以庞大的纠纷解决需求为支撑,中国仲裁正蓄力打入被欧美垄断的国际仲裁法律服务市场,为中国涉外法治建设和参与全球治理贡献力量。法律硕士(国际仲裁)项目要求高等院校与行业机构深度合作,打破中国高校法治人才培养的固有模式,共同打造中国国际仲裁人才摇篮。高校和行业龙头的双向奔赴,是否能解决中国高校法治人才培养实践导向不足和就业需求错位等问题还需要时间验证。各大高校应当积极行动,进行人才培养模式创新,在原有涉外法治人才培养的基础之上大胆试验和改革,发挥各自的资源和区位优势,为中国法治建设培养中坚力量。Cultivating Chinese international arbitration talent is of great significance in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises and citizens overseas,guaranteeing and serving the high-level opening up,improving the international dispute resolution mechanism,and promoting the construction of the rule of law in China and its participation in global governance.China has a huge and highly potential market for dispute resolution.Supported by the massive demands for dispute resolution,Chinese arbitration is making efforts to enter the international arbitration and legal services market dominated by Europe and the United States,contributing to China’s foreign-related rule of law construction and participation in global governance.The program for Master of Laws(international arbitration)requires in-depth cooperation between higher education institutions and industry organizations,breaking the inherent cultivation mode for rule of law talent in Chinese universities to jointly create a cradle of international arbitration talent in China.It remains to be seen whether the dual efforts of universities and industry-leading enterprises can address the issues of insufficient practical-oriented and mismatched employment demands of rule of law talent cultivation in Chinese universities.Universities should take active actions to innovate talent cultivation models,to boldly experiment and reform on the basis of the existing cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talent,and to give full play to their respective resources and geographical advantages to cultivate a strong force for the construction of rule of law in China.
