摘  要:中国式现代化建设对法治等各方面工作提出了新要求。高层次法治人才培养与供给是推进全面依法治国、确保在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基本保障。非法学法硕专业学位以培养高层次复合应用型法治人才为目标,理应成为该类人才供给的重要渠道。但囿于非法学法硕专业学位教育陷入同质化、粗放化以及师资结构单一化等困境,无法满足培养学生复合知识和实践技能的要求,进一步加剧了高素质法治人才的供需矛盾。新文科建设致力于通过多学科交叉提升学生解决复杂问题的能力,与高层次复合应用型法治人才的培养理念高度契合,可以为打破横亘在各学科以及高校和实务部门间的体制性壁垒注入新动能。应当依托培养模式精细化等举措,推动非法学法硕专业学位教育供给侧改革。Chinese-style modernization has put forward new requirements for the rule of law and other aspects of work.The training and supply of high-level legal talents is the basic guarantee for promoting the comprehensive rule of law and ensuring the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country on the track of rule of law.The goal of juris master program is to cultivate high-level compound applied legal talents,so it should become an important channel for the supply of such talents.However,due to the difficulty of homogeneity,extensive and unitary teaching staff structure,the education of juris master program can't meet the requirements of cultivating students'composite knowledge and practical skills,which further aggravates the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality legal talents.The Construction of New Liberal Arts is committed to improving students'ability to solve complex problems through cross-disciplining,Which is highly consistent with the training concept of high-level composite applied legal talents,and can inject new momentum to break the institutional barriers between various disciplines,colleges and practical departments.We should promote the supply-side reform of juris master program by relying on specific measures such as refinement of training mode.
