摘　　要：目的:评估Wee1蛋白激酶在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化染色技术,对包含14例良性、9例交界性及36例恶性卵巢肿瘤组织的组织芯片中Wee1蛋白激酶表达水平进行检测。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制Wee1蛋白激酶高、低表达卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的生存曲线,采用Cox回归分析Wee1蛋白激酶表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤预后的关联。结果:良性、交界性和恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中Wee1蛋白激酶表达水平分别为(1.29±0.47)、(2.22±0.83)和(2.03±1.00),3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017),恶性和交界性肿瘤组织中Wee1蛋白激酶表达水平高于良性肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。卵巢恶性肿瘤患者中15例Wee1蛋白激酶高表达,21例低表达;Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,高表达组生存状况差于低表达组(P<0.001);Cox回归分析结果显示,Wee1蛋白激酶高表达者预后差,HR(95%CI)为6.38(1.54~26.52)。结论:卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中Wee1蛋白激酶表达水平高于良性肿瘤组织,且与恶性肿瘤预后有关。Aim:To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of Wee1 protein kinase in ovarian tumor tissue.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry,Wee1 protein expression level in tissue microarrays including 14 benign,9 borderline,and 36 malignant ovarian tumor tissue samples was detected.Kaplan-Meier survival curves of malignant ovarian tumor patients with high and low expression of Wee1 protein kinase were drawn.Cox regression analysis was employed to examine the association between Wee1 protein kinase expression and the prognosis of malignant ovarian tumors.Results:The expression level of Wee1 protein kinase in benign,borderline,and malignant tumor tissue was(1.29±0.47),(2.22±0.83),and(2.03±1.00),respectively,and there were significant differences among the 3 groups(P=0.017).The expression level of week1 protein kinase in malignant and borderline tumor tissue was higher than that in benign tumor tissue(P<0.05).Among patients with malignant ovarian tumor,15 exhibited high expression and 21 exhibited low expression of Wee1 protein kinase.The high-expression group had worse survival outcomes than the low-expression group(P<0.001).Cox regression analysis indicated that high Wee1 protein kinase expression was associated with poor prognosis,with HR(95%CI)of 6.38(1.54-26.52).Conclusion:Wee1 protein kinase expression level may be higher in malignant ovarian tumor tissue compared with benign tumor tissue,and associated with the prognosis of malignant tumors.
