摘　　要：目的 探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者静息脑电(rsEEG)活动与淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)正电子发射断层显像/X计算机体层成像(PET/CT)所用示踪剂匹兹堡化合物(11C-PIB)摄取的相关性。方法 选取2016年~2019年于解放军总医院神经内科门诊就诊的临床诊断AD的患者13例,均完成rsEEG数据采集以及11C-PIB PET/CT检查,分析rsEEG参数与11C-PIB摄取的相关性。结果 AD患者在左侧额叶及右侧额叶的α节律平均峰值频率(AAPF)与相应皮层~(11)C-PIB的标准化摄取值比(SUVR)呈负相关(r=-0.81、-0.79,P<0.01);在左侧颞叶的δ节律谱熵与相应皮层11C-PIB的SUVR呈负相关(r=-0.83,P<0.01)。结论 AD患者大脑皮层的Aβ负荷与相应皮层rsEEG活动具有相关性,双侧额叶及左侧颞叶皮层的Aβ负荷越重,其rsEEG活动越低,这为AD患者脑电活动改变的机制提供了更多依据。Objective To explore the correlation between resting state electroencephalogram(rsEEG)changes and Pittsburgh Compound-B(11C-PIB,a tracer of amyloid(Aβ)in PET/CT)uptake,in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods Both rsEEG and 11C-PIB PET/CT examinations were completed in 13 AD patients recruited from Neurology clinic in Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2016 to 2019.The correlation between rsEEG metrics and 11C-PIB uptake was analyzed.Results The negative correlations between average alpha peak frequency(AAPF)and standardized uptake value ratio(SUVR)of 11C-PIB were found in the left frontal lobe and the right frontal lobe in patients with AD(r=-0.81,0.79,P<0.01).Another negative correlation between spectral entropy ofδrhythm and 11C-PIB SUVR was found in the left temporal lobe(r=-0.83,P<0.01).Conclusions The burden of Aβin cerebral cortex is correlated to rsEEG changes in the corresponding cortex in AD patients.More severe Aβburden in bilateral frontal lobe and left temporal lobe,lower rsEEG activity is observed.Our results provide more clues for the mechanism of EEG changes in patients with AD.
