高浓度左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合耳尖放血治疗儿童麦粒肿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨高浓度左氧氟沙星滴眼液、耳尖放血联合方法治疗儿童麦粒肿临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年5月平邑县妇幼保健院收治的70例麦粒肿患儿为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组(35例,采用高浓度左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗)和研究组(35例,采用高浓度左氧氟沙星滴眼液、耳尖放血联合治疗)。对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率、肿块大小以及视觉模拟法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿块大小以及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组肿块大小以及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论高浓度左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合耳尖放血治疗儿童麦粒肿,在提升疗效方面作用明显,可减少系列不良反应及肿块大小,缓解疼痛。Objective To explore the clinical effect of high concentration levofloxacin eye drops combined with ear tip bloodletting in the treatment of children's hordeolum.Methods Seventy cases of children with hordeolum admitted to Pingyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(35 cases,the treatment method was high concentration levofloxacin eye drops) and study group(35 cases,the treatment method was combination of high concentration levofloxacin eye drops and ear tip bloodletting) according to the different treatment methods.The two groups were compared in terms of total effective rate,total incidence of adverse effects,mass size and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of 77.14%(27/35) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference between the two groups in terms of the size of the mass as well as the VAS score was not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After treatment,the study group's mass size as well as VAS score were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion High-concentration levofloxacin eye drops combined with ear tip bloodletting in the treatment of children 's hordeolum can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce a series of adverse reactions and mass size,and relieve pain.
