不同糊剂填充对一次根管治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 比较在一次根管治疗中,AH-Plus与iRoot SP填充的临床效果。方法 选取2021年10月—2023年2月在南通市口腔医院口腔综合科接受根管治疗的40例患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(热牙胶垂直加压充填应用AH-Plus糊剂)和研究组(热牙胶垂直加压充填应用iRoot SP糊剂),各20例。比较两组疼痛发生情况、根管填充优良率及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。两组填充优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在一次根管治疗进行热牙胶垂直加压充填时,环氧树脂AH-Plus糊剂与生物陶瓷iRoot SP糊剂均有较好的填充效果,但应用iRoot SP糊剂术后短期疼痛及不良反应发生率更低。Objective To compare the clinical effect of AH-Plus and iRoot SP filling in single root canal treatment.Methods Forty patients who received root canal treatment in department of general dentistry in Nantong Stomatological Hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divide to the control group(hot dental glue vertical pressure filling with AH-Plus paste) and the study group(hot dental glue vertical pressure filling with iRoot SP paste),twenty cases each.The incidence of pain,excellent and good rate of root canal filling and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%(14/20),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of filling between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Epoxy AH-Plus paste and bioceramics iRoot SP paste both had better filling effect during vertical pressure filling of hot dental glue during single root canal treatment,but the incidence of short-term postoperative pain and adverse reactions were lower in the iRoot SP paste.
