摘  要:脑损伤是临床亟待解决的难题。近年来,可注射水凝胶以其优异的组织相容性和类细胞外基质的仿生结构,在脑卒中、颅脑损伤等领域展现出显著的修复能力。可注射水凝胶既可作为载药载体,精准投送药物,又能有效封闭创伤空洞,促进细胞生长和神经内源性修复。此外,可注射水凝胶还能辅助外源性干细胞移植,进而提高神经再生效果。导电水凝胶则可通过电刺激信号促进神经修复。因此,深入研究脑损伤的病理生理和损伤修复机制,明确可注射水凝胶在药物缓释、干细胞治疗和电刺激等方面的应用,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Brain injury is a pressing clinical problem that needs to be solved urgently.In recent years,injectable hydrogels have shown promising repair capabilities in conditions such as stroke and craniocerebral injury,thanks to their excellent tissue compatibility and biomimetic extracellular matrix-like structure.These hydrogels not only act as precise drug carriers but also effectively seal wound cavities,promote cell growth,and support endogenous nerve repair.Moreover,they can facilitate exogenous stem cell transplantation to enhance nerve regeneration effect.Conductive hydrogels can promote nerve repair through electrical stimulation signals.Therefore,an in-depth exploration of the neuropathophysiology and recovery mechanisms associated with brain trauma,along with a clarification of injectable hydrogel applications for sustained drug delivery,stem cell therapies,and electrical stimulation,may offer innovative perspectives for the disease treatment.
