综合理疗联合虚拟现实康复训练对老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者生活质量和肢体功能的影响观察

摘　　要：目的 探究综合理疗联合虚拟现实康复训练对老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者生活质量和肢体功能的影响。方法 对100例老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者展开对照研究,将其按照随机数字表法分为试验组(综合理疗联合虚拟现实康复训练)与参照组(综合理疗),各50例。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后的生活质量及肢体功能。结果 治疗前,两组简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,与参照组FMA评分(68.14±6.62)分、ADL评分(67.29±6.35)分对比,试验组的(79.02±7.24)、(76.82±7.43)分显著较高(P<0.05)。与参照组总有效率(86.00%)对比,试验组(98.00%)显著较高(P<0.05)。结论 对老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者采用综合理疗联合虚拟现实康复训练后,可显著提升患者运动能力,疗效确切,可改善生活质量,值得应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of synthetic physiotherapy plus virtual reality-based rehabilitation training on the quality of life and limb function of elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods A control study was conducted on 100 elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,and they were divided into an experimental group(synthetic physiotherapy combined with virtual reality-based rehabilitation training) and a reference group(synthetic physiotherapy) according to random number table method,each with 50 cases.The treatment effect,quality of life and limb function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) score and Activities of Daily Living(ADL) score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had FMA score of(68.14±6.62) points and ADL score of(67.29±6.35) points,which were significantly higher than(79.02±7.24) and(76.82±7.43) points in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group(86.00%),the total effective rate of the experimental group(98.00%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Synthetic physiotherapy combined with virtual reality-based rehabilitation training is proven to be more effective,which can improve patient's motor capability and quality of life.It is worthy of application and promotion.
