摘 要:随着CXC型趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)第2个受体CXC型趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)的发现,既完善了CXCL12的信号传导,通过不同于CXCL12-CXCR4的激活方式产生信号传导,维持机体内稳态和调节多种疾病的发生发展;又丰富了CXCL12与其趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)结合的作用机制,两者既相互竞争,又相互协作,不同机体内环境下有着不同的信号传导方式。本文梳理了近年来有关CXCL12、CXCR4、CXCR7的生物结构、功能及信号传导产生的生物学效应,以期对以上因子有较全面的认识,为进一步的深入研究提供基础理论参考。With the discovery of the second receptor CXC chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)of chemokine CXC motif ligand 12(CXCL12),the signal transduction of CXC12 is improved,which is different from CXCL12-CXCR4 in activation mode to maintain homeostasis and regulate the occurrence and development of various diseases.It also enriches the binding mechanism of CXCL12 and its chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4).They compete with each other and cooperate with each other,and have different signal transduction modes in different organism environments.In this paper,the biological structures,functions and biological effects of signal transduction of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 in recent years are reviewed,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the above factors and provide basic theoretica l reference for further in-depth research.
