摘　　要：静脉内平滑肌瘤病(intravenous leiomyomatosis,IVL)是一种十分少见的肿瘤,延伸至心脏的更为罕见,可能导致严重的并发症。IVL的初步诊断一般依靠病史及影像学检查,最终诊断依赖于术后病理检查。IVL的主要治疗方法为手术完全切除,以减少复发,且术后密切随访。本文报道1例延伸至心脏的IVL的诊疗过程并进行文献复习,以期为IVL的临床诊疗提供参考。Intravenous leiomyomatosis(IVL)is a kind of very rare tumor,and IVL extending to the heart is even rarer and can lead to serious complications.The initial diagnosis of IVL generally depends on the history and imaging examination,and the final diagnosis depends on the postoperative pathological examination.The main treatment for IVL is complete surgical resection to reduce recurrence and close postoperative follow-up.This paper reported the process of diagnosis and treatment of a case with IVL extending to the heart and reviewed relevant literature,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IVL.
