摘 要:基于尿路结石的西医临床诊断标准、中医辨证标准,总结归纳尿路结石动物模型的造模方法和模型特点、评判其优缺点、分析其与中西医临床病证特点的吻合度。发现尿路结石动物模型的造模方法较多,其中吻合度偏高的模型有草酸前体法诱导的肾结石模型、纳米微粒注射法造成的肾结石模型、外科手术法造成的输尿管结石模型,虽然当下尿路结石造模方法很多,但模型中中医证型体现较少,模型动物检测指标与中西医诊断标准有差异。因此制备尿路结石中医临床吻合度高的动物模型,并且完善其评价标准,是尿路结石中医药未来研究的重点方向。Based on the clinical diagnostic criteria of western medicine and Bianzheng(辩证) criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of urinary tract stones, the present study summarized the modeling methods and characteristics of animal models of urinary tract stones, evaluated their advantages and disadvantages, and analyzed the degree of fit with the clinical characteristics of TCM and western medicine. The results showed that there were many methods to replicate animal models of urinary tract stones, among which the models with a high degree of fit included the kidney stone model induced by oxalic acid precursor, the kidney stone model caused by nanoparticle injection, and the ureteral stone model caused by surgical method. Although there were many modeling methods, Bingzheng(病证) in TCM was less reflected in models. Besides, the detection indexes of model animals were different from the diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine. Therefore, the establishment of animal models of urinary tract stones with a high clinical degree of fit in TCM and the improvement of their evaluation criteria are the key directions for the future research of urinary tract stones in TCM.
