摘　　要：教育质量是教育的生命,是教育本质的纯正充实度。本质纯正充实度低的教育是低质量教育,本质基本纯正充实的教育是有质量教育,本质纯正充实度高的教育是高质量教育。没有教育本质规定性的事物就不是教育。教育本质的纯正充实度是指教育以教学育人为天职充分全面和自由发挥人的潜能、展示人的本质的程度。教育高质量发展的本质是充分全面发挥人的潜能。提高教育质量就是要优化教育质量与数量的关系,提高教育本质纯正充实度的量,实事求是、持续不懈地提升教育本质纯正度的高度,实事求是、持续不懈地提升教育本质的纯正充实度的普及度。The quality of education is its life and the purity and plumpness of its essence.The education of low purity and low fullness is low-quality education,and the education of general purity and general fullness is quality education,and the education of high purity and high fullness is high-quality education.What does not have the essential characteristics of education is not education.The purity and plumpness of education is the extent to which education fully and freely develops human potential and reveals human essence by educating people through teaching.The essence of high-quality development of education is to give full play to people's potential.To improve the quality of education is to optimize the relationship between quality and quantity of education and improve the quantity of the purity and plumpness of the essence of education,to raise the level of the purity of the essence of education by seeking facts from truth consistently,to increase the popularity of the plumpness of the essence of education by seeking truth from facts unremittingly.
