摘  要:C95820铝青铜双吸叶轮具有尺寸较大、壁厚不均、结构复杂等特点,在铸造时会容易产生集中缩松缩孔、氧化物夹杂和气孔等缺陷,采用传统铸造方法生产有一定的困难。本文结合砂型3D打印的技术优势,采用ProCAST软件优化设计了该铸件的浇冒口系统,实现了金属液的平稳充型,缩松缩孔缺陷也主要分布在浇冒口中。对影响叶轮精度的关键叶片砂芯采取一体化设计和打印成形,并且在内部开设了随形气道,保证了树脂砂受热后产生的气体能迅速排出。将3D打印的砂型组型浇注,成功生产出了质量良好的铝青铜双吸叶轮铸件。C95820 aluminum-bronze double-suction impeller has the characteristics of large size,uneven wall thickness and complex structure,which will be prone to defects such as concentrated shrinkage porosity,oxide inclusions and porosity during casting,and it is difficult to produce by traditional casting methods.Combined with the technical advantages of sand mold 3D printing,ProCAST software was used to optimize and design the gating and riser system of the casting,which realized the smooth filling of molten metal,and the shrinkage porosity defects were mainly distributed in the gating and riser.The sand core of the key blade that affects the accuracy of the impeller is integrated design and printing,and the conformal air duct is set up inside to ensure that the gas generated by the resin sand after heating can be quickly discharged.The 3D printed sand mold assembly was poured to successfully produce a high-quality aluminum-bronze double-suction impeller casting.
