纳米抗菌三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面板的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：研发了具有抗菌功能的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面板(三聚氰胺板),并对其相关性能进行了测试。结果表明:改性后纳米抗菌剂Ag/TiO_(2)和ZnO依然保持良好的抗菌性能,其大肠杆菌抑菌圈直径分别减小1.47%和3.31%,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径分别减小2.47%和0.99%。硅烷偶联剂KH560和KH570成功接枝在纳米抗菌剂Ag/TiO_(2)和ZnO表面。表面有机改性未改变纳米抗菌剂的化学结构和晶体结构,通过形成空间位阻效应提高了纳米粒子表面张力,降低了粉体团聚现象。复配纳米抗菌剂(Ag/TiO_(2)&ZnO)添加比例为1%时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为99.2%和99.5%。三聚氰胺板各项物理力学指标均满足GB/T 15102—2017《浸渍胶膜纸饰面纤维板和刨花板》标准的质量要求。Melamine impregnated paper decorative panels with antibacterial functions was prepared in this paper,and its relative properties were also tested.The results showed that,after modification,the modified nano antibacterial agents Ag/TiO_(2) and ZnO still maintained good antibacterial properties,with the diameters of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reduced by only 1.47%and 3.31%,and 2.47%and 0.99%,respectively.The silane coupling agents KH560 and KH570 successfully grafted onto the surface of the nano antibacterial agents Ag/TiO_(2) and ZnO.The surface organic modification did not change the chemical and crystal structure of the nano antibacterial agent,and the formation of steric hindrance effect improved the surface tension of the nano particles,reducing the phenomenon of powder aggregation.When the composite nano antibacterial agent(Ag/TiO_(2)&ZnO)was added at a ratio of 1%,the antibacterial rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 99.2%and 99.5%,respectively.All physical and mechanical indicators of the decorative panel meet the quality requirements of the national standard GB/T 15102-2017"Impregnated Adhesive Film Paper Decorated Fiberboard and Particleboard".
