摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在肿瘤放射治疗学临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月郧阳区人民医院的肿瘤放射治疗学实习生40名,根据带教模式的不同分为两组,每组20名,观察组采取翻转课堂联合PBL教学法,对照组采取常规法教学。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、肿瘤放射治疗学临床实习中对理论知识的掌握度、考核评分及综合能力评分。结果观察组实习生对带教工作的满意度评分为(94.56±3.74)分,高于对照组的(80.43±2.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.699,P<0.001)。观察组理论知识掌握度、技能考核评分、综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论肿瘤放射治疗学实习生实施翻转课堂联合PBL教学法带教效果确切。Objective To explore the value of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of oncology radiation therapy.Methods Forty oncology radiotherapeutics interns in Yunyang People's Hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into two groups according to the different modes of teaching,with twenty in each group,the observation group adopting the flipped classroom combined with the PBL teaching method,and the control group adopting the conventional method of teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with the teaching work,mastery of theoretical knowledge,assessment scores and comprehensive ability scores in the clinical internship of oncology radiotherapy.Results The satisfaction score of the interns in the observation group for the teaching work was 94.56±3.74,higher than 80.43±2.12 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.699,P<0.001).The theoretical knowledge mastery,skill assessment score,and comprehensive ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method for tumor radiotherapy interns has a definite teaching effect.
