摘 要:目的探讨在微生物检验中实施持续质量改进对管理质量的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月莒县疾病预防控制中心的20名检验人员为研究对象,根据不同管理方案分为两组,2023年1—6月采取常规管理为对照组,2023年7—12月采取持续性质量改进为研究组,其中20名检验人员未发生变动。对比两组管理质量评分(管理内容、管理方式、管理形式、管理途径以及管理质量)、两个阶段各100份样本的微生物检验合格率(空气微生物、样本微生物、检验用品表面微生物以及检验人员手卫生)、检验人员管理满意度。结果研究组管理内容、管理方式、管理形式、管理途径以及管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组空气微生物、样本微生物、检验用品表面微生物以及检验人员手卫生达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组检验人员管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进模式应用于微生物检验管理中提高了检验达标率,整体管理质量提高,检验人员满意度较高。Objective To explore the impact of implementing continuous quality improvement in microbiological testing on management quality.Methods From January to December 2023,20 inspectors from Juxian Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects.According to different management schemes,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2023,routine management was adopted as the control group.From July to December 2023,continuous quality improvement was adopted as the research group,and 20 inspectors did not change.The management quality scores(management content,management mode,management form,management approach and management quality),the qualified rate of microbiological examination of 100 sample in each of the two stages(air microorganism,sample microorganism,surface microorganism of inspection supplies and hand hygiene of inspectors)and management satisfaction of inspectors were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management content,management mode,management form,management approach and management quality in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The air microorganism,sample microorganism,surface microorganism of inspection supplies and hand hygiene of inspectors compliance rate in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of inspectors in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement model in microbiological inspection management has improved the inspection compliance rate,improved the overall management quality,and improved the satisfaction of inspectors.
