摘 要:目的分析绩效考核在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月于湖北科技学院附属浠水医院胃肠外科工作的30名护理人员作为研究对象。根据不同的管理方法分为两组,2023年1—6月,应用常规管理模式,设为对照组;2023年7—12月,加用绩效考核,设为观察组,两组均为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理质量评分(服务态度、安全护理、护理书写、基础护理及消毒隔离)、管理满意度、综合能力评分(理论知识、专业操作、风险意识、团队合作能力、沟通能力)。结果观察组护理人员各项护理质量评分、对护理管理总满意度、各项综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论绩效考核应用于胃肠外科护理管理中效果显著,不仅提升了护理人员的工作质量、综合能力,还提高了护理人员对护理管理的总满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of performance appraisal in gastrointestinal surgery nursing management.Methods From January to December 2023,a total of 30 nursing staff working in Depatment of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups,from January to June 2023,the routine management mode was applied and set as the control group.From July to December 2023,performance appraisal was added and set as the observation group.Both groups were the same nursing staff.The nursing quality scores(service attitude,safety nursing,nursing writing,basic nursing and disinfection and isolation),total management satisfaction and comprehensive ability scores(theoretical knowledge,professional operation,risk awareness,team cooperation ability,communication ability)were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores,total satisfaction with nursing management and comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of performance appraisal in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery has a significant effect,which not only improves the work quality and comprehensive ability of nursing staff,but also improves the satisfaction of nursing staff to nursing management.
