目标管理对肛肠科护理人员的管理效果及患者满意度分析

摘　　要：目的分析目标管理对肛肠科护理人员管理效果及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于山东第一医科大学第一附属医院肛肠科工作的24名护理人员为研究对象,依据不同的管理方法分为两组,各12名。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用目标管理,比较两组护理人员的自我概念水平、管理效果、管理质量及患者满意度。结果观察组护理人员各项自我概念评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员各项管理效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员各项管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05)。结论采用目标管理可有效提高肛肠科护理人员的自我管理水平,促使其高效完成各项工作,保障护理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of objective management on nursing staff management and patient satisfaction in anorectal department.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,24 nursing staff working in the anorectal department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups,12 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was treated with target management.The self-concept level,management effect,management quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-concept scores of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of management quality in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05).Conclusion Objective management can effectively improve the self-management level of anorectal nursing staff,promote their efficient completion of various tasks,ensure the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.
