摘　　要：本文以病案信息管理的内容和原则为切入点,分析了其在决策支持、质量评估、资源管理和科学研究等方面的作用,本文提出了医院病案信息管理工作存在的问题和解决方案,旨在提高病案信息管理工作的效率、质量和安全性,促进医院临床工作、决策管理和医疗质量改进。This article analyzed the content and principles of medical record information management,focusing on its role in decision support,quality assessment,resource management,and scientific research.And this article put forward the problems and solutions of hospital medical record information management,aiming at improving the efficiency,quality and safety of medical record information management,and promoting the improvement of hospital clinical work,decision-making management and medical quality.
