摘　　要：在当代大都市社会,资本主义根据自己需要的样态塑造了都市空间,空间自身的生产成为资本增殖的新途径。以资本逻辑建构的当代都市空间,具有单调性与同质性的鲜明特征。列斐伏尔作为都市马克思主义学派的代表人物,不仅开辟了社会批判理论的空间转向,在分析都市空间问题时也采用了不同于以往社会批判理论的新方法。列斐伏尔指出,当前人类历史已进入具有后现代特征的都市时代,继续沿用现代性的分析工具已经无法解决后现代的都市问题,因此必须建构与当代都市空间相符合的方法论原则,即“都市总问题式”“三元空间辩证法”和“节奏分析的方法论”,才能恢复差异与多元在都市空间的地位,从而实现总体的人的解放。当前中国城镇化正处于高速发展时期,如何避免西方城镇化发展中的负面效应,走出具有中国特色的社会主义城镇化新道路,是当代城市发展研究的必要议题。列斐伏尔城市方法论研究的“空间转向”对于研究中国当代城市问题具有启示意义。In contemporary metropolitan society,capitalism shapes urban space to fulfill its will.The production of space itself has become a new mode of capital development.Urban spaces constructed under the logic of capital have shown distinctive characteristics of monotony and homogeneity.As a representative of urban Marxism,Lefebvre not only initiated the spatial turn of social critical theory,but also adopted new methods different from previous social critical theories in analyzing urban space issues.Lefebvre pointed out that contemporary human history has entered a new era of postmodern urbanization.Continuing to apply modern tools of analysis while solving postmodern metropolitan problems will end in failure.Through the methodological exploration of“problematique urbaine”,“ternary space dialectics”and“rhythm analysis”,Lefebvre tried to restore the status of difference and diversity in urban space and human existence,so as to realize the overall liberation of human beings.China’s urbanization is currently undergoing rapid development.How to avoid the negative effects of Western urbanization development and find a new socialist urbanization path suitable for China is worthy of discussion in contemporary urban development research.The“spatial turn”of Lefebvre’s urban methodology research has great implications for the study of contemporary urban issues in China.
