摘 要:采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对两类热镀锌板表面点状划伤缺陷的产生原因进行分析。结果表明:第一类点状划伤基板中存在锌铁合金相,缺陷的产生原因与锌灰有关,锌灰在镀层内部,在气刀的作用下,锌灰向下流动,造成点状划伤缺陷;第二类点状划伤基板中存在Cr元素的异物,缺陷的产生原因与清洗段电极板有关,划伤和异物的存在造成表面局部漏镀,形成点状划伤缺陷。The causes of point like scratch defects on the surface of two types of hot dip galvanized sheets were analyzed using macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis methods.The results show that there was a zinc iron alloy phase in the first type of point scratch substrate,and the cause of defects was related to zinc ash.Zinc ash flowed downward inside the coating under the action of an air knife,causing point scratch defects.Foreign objects containing Cr elements were found in the second type of point scratch substrate,and the cause of the defect was related to the cleaning section electrode plate.The presence of scratches and foreign objects caused local surface leakage,forming point scratch defects.
