摘 要:钢铁是城市建设不可或缺的基础资源,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,对钢铁产品的需求量不断扩大,促使我国钢铁工业快速发展。高炉冶炼过程是钢铁生产的重要环节,其生产效率和产品质量直接影响钢铁企业的经济效益和市场竞争力,目前我国高炉炼铁技术在不断更新,以低污染、低消耗、低成本作为主要目标,向着高效化、自动化、大型化前进。本文提出了一种基于大数据分析的智能高炉性能控制系统。该系统利用了高炉多年运行统计数据中的隐藏关系,通过聚类分析确定高炉的运行模式。采用了Kohonen神经网络作为聚类分析的工具。根据高炉参数,得出了不同的运行模式,并提出了专家系统的设计思路。该专家系统可以根据最高生产率和最低焦炭消耗的目标,评估和优化高炉的效率。此外,该系统还可以在规划车间在特定时间段内的工作提供计算支持。Iron and steel is an indispensable basic resource for urban construction,with the rapid development of our country's economy and society,the demand for iron and steel products is constantly expanding,promoting rapid development of our country's iron and steel industry.Blast furnace smelting process is an important link in iron and steel production,its production efficiency and product quality directly affect the economic benefits and market competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises,at present,China's blast furnace ironmaking technology is constantly updated,with low pollution,low consumption,low cost as the main goal,towards high efficiency,automation,large-scale forward.It presents an intelligent BF performance control system based on big data analysis.The system makes use of the hidden relationship in the statistical data of blast furnace operation for many years,and determines the operation mode of blast furnace by cluster analysis.Kohonen neural network is used as a clustering analysis tool.According to the parameters of blast furnace,different operation modes are obtained,and the design idea of expert system is put forward.The expert system evaluates and optimizes the efficiency of the blast furnace against the objectives of maximum productivity and minimum coke consumption.In addition,the system can also provide computational support in planning the work of the workshop during a specific period of time.
