摘  要:有机化学在高分子材料科学与工程专业中属于基础必修课程,在发展学生科学素养、科研能力与创造思维能力等方面具有十分重要的作用。然而,在授课模式过于局限、人才培养难以满足市场需求状况的前提下,高校有机化学教学始终存在一定的局限性问题。在我国大力建设“新工科”背景下,高等院校在有机化学教学中需要尽快推动改革与创新发展,在教学理念、教学方法、教学实践等方面加强教学改革工作,从而有效优化新工科人才培养质量。本文在探讨“新工科”背景对高校有机化学教学改革提出的要求基础上,分析高校有机化学教学所存在的相关问题,针对“新工科”背景下高校有机化学教学提出相应的改革对策与建议,以期为实际教学形成有价值的参考依据支持。Organic chemistry is a basic compulsory course in the major of polymer materials science and engineering,which plays a very important role in developing students'scientific literacy,scientific research ability and creative thinking ability.However,under the premise that the teaching mode is too limited and the talent training is difficult to meet the market demand,the organic chemistry teaching in colleges and universities always has certain limitations.Under the background of the construction of"new engineering"in China,colleges and universities need to promote reform and innovation in the teaching of organic chemistry as soon as possible.It can strengthen teaching reform in teaching concept,teaching method and teaching practice,so as to effectively optimize the quality of training new engineering talents.On the basis of discussing the requirements of the"new engineering"background on the teaching reform of organic chemistry in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the relevant problems in the teaching of organic chemistry in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding reform countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching of organic chemistry in colleges and universities under the background of"new engineering",in order to form a valuable reference basis for practical teaching.
