摘 要:采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、万能试验机、冲击试验机对不同温度淬火(860~920℃)加回火工艺后的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:在保持回火温度580℃不变的前提下,铬钼钢管体材料在900℃保温30 min淬火时,具有较好的综合力学性能,其抗拉强度为933 MPa,屈服强度为857 MPa,断后伸长率24%,常温冲击功194.8 J,满足钻杆正常使用需求;经860~920℃保温30 min+水冷+580℃保温50 min回火后,其显微组织均为回火索氏体,但在淬火温度为860℃时,有一定量的铁素体出现,从而导致综合力学性能较差;通过电子显微镜观察其冲击断口,不同温度淬火(860~900℃)后回火的断口均为韧窝特征,但900℃保温30 min+水冷+580℃保温50 min回火时,其韧窝最小,也最密集,当淬火温度上升到920℃时,断口的韧窝特征已不够明显,处于韧性向脆性转变的过渡阶段。The microstructure and mechanical properties of quenching at different temperatures(860~920℃)and tempering process were studied by optical microscope,electron microscope,universal testing machine and impact testing machine.The results showed that under the premise of keeping the tempering temperature unchanged at 580℃,the chromium-molybdenum steel pipe material had good comprehensive mechanical properties when it was quenched from 900℃ for 30 min.Its tensile strength was 933 MPa,yield strength was 857 MPa,elongation after fracture was 24%,and the impact energy at room temperature was 194.8 J,which meet the normal use needs of drill pipe.After 30 minutes of holding at 860-920℃,followed by water cooling and 50 minutes of holding at 580℃,the microstructure of the material was found to be tempered martensite.However,when quenching from 860℃,a certain amount of ferrite appeared,resulting in poor overall mechanical properties;By observing the impact fracture surface under an electron microscope,the fracture surfaces quenched from different temperatures(860-900℃)and tempered were all characterized by dimples.However,when hold at 900℃for 30 minutes,then water cooling,and hold at 580℃for 50 minutes,the dimples were the smallest and most dense.When the quenching temperature increased to 920℃,the dimple characteristics of the fracture surface were no longer obvious,and it was in the transition stage from toughness to brittleness.
