高职学生心理健康教育的有效途径探索——基于一线辅导员的视角

摘　　要：进入大学阶段,高职学生因原生家庭原因、独生子女因素、个人心理素质、学习生活恋爱压力等,易出现一些心理问题,从而达不到高职学生心理健康标准。本文从一线辅导员视角,对上述问题加以探讨,并提出针对当代高职学生存在的心理健康问题应采取的相应有效解决措施。After entering university,higher vocational institute students are prone to some psychological problems due to family of origin,only child factor,personal psychological quality,and pressure of study,life and romance,etc.,thus failing to meet the standard of psychological health for higher vocational institute students.This paper discusses the above problems from the perspective of front-line counselors,and proposes corresponding effective measures to solve the psychological health problems of contemporary higher vocational institute students.
