摘 要:数字时代下,数字化转型是企业转换生产方式和升级劳动力结构的新动力。本文基于2013—2022年A股上市企业面板数据,探讨数字化转型与企业劳动力结构升级之间的关系。结果表明:(1)数字化转型不但能够显著促进企业劳动力结构升级,而且没有产生就业挤出效应,考虑内生性、替换解释变量等稳健性检验后,依然稳健。(2)工程师红利在数字化转型促进劳动力结构升级过程中发挥正向的调节效应,为企业数字化转型的积极作用提供技术支持和人力资源保障。(3)数字化转型对劳动力结构升级的影响因行业、区域的不同而产生差异。In the digital era,digital transformation is a new driving force for enterprises to transform production mode and upgrade labor force structure.Based on the panel data of A-share listed enterprises from 2013 to 2022,this paper explores the relationship between digital transformation and the upgrading of enterprise labor structure.The results show that:(1).Digital transformation can not only significantly promote the upgrading of the labor structure of enterprises,but also has no employment crowding out effect.After considering the robustness test such as endogeneity and replacement of explanatory variables,it is still robust.(2).Engineer bonus plays a positive regulating effect in the process of digital transformation promoting the upgrading of labor structure and provides technical support and human resources guarantee for the positive role of enterprise digital transformation.(3).The impact of digital transformation on the upgrading of labor structure varies according to different industries and regions.
