摘　　要：阐述我国集成电路产业发展和人才培养现状,分析集成电路产业链中缺乏人才要素的原因,提出基于“引进-吸收-发展”三位一体的育人模式,建立完备的人才培养体系,实现集成电路产业链升级。This paper describes the development and talent cultivation status of China's integrated circuit industry,analyzes the reasons for the lack of talent elements in the integrated circuit industry chain,proposes a three in one education model based on"introduction absorption development",establishes a complete talent cultivation system,and achieves the upgrading of the integrated circuit industry chain.
