摘　　要：阐述智能电网中智能电表的特点,分析智能电表在智能电网中的作用、智能电网装表接电中的问题,提出应对窃电行为、电表故障、接线安全问题和接线错误的措施。This paper describes the characteristics of smart meters in smart grids,analyzes the role of smart meters in smart grids,the problems in installing and connecting smart meters,and proposes measures to deal with electricity theft,meter failures,wiring safety issues,and wiring errors.
